Akshay Kumar to make film on Uttarkashi rescue mission; A flurry of memes on social media

A part of the under-construction five-kilometre tunnel from Silkyara to Barkot, part of the Chardham project in Uttarakhand, collapsed on November 12. 41 workers were trapped when about 60 meters of the Silkyara side of the tunnel caved in. Arnold Dix, who is known as the greatest expert, was called to evict these labourers. Under his guidance, the rescue operation was completed and those 41 labourers were taken out.

This is being discussed not only in India but all over the world. Many people have expressed their feelings on social media. Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar tweeted about this on the X platform and thanked and appreciated the people who carried out the entire rescue operation. Now due to this tweet, Akshay Kumar has once again come under the target of trollers.

Akshay Kumar is making a film based on a true story and this is the reason why there is talk that Akshay will soon make a film on the rescue work in this tunnel. Some people have tweeted that the name of the film will be ‘The Tunnelman’. Sharing Akshay’s tweet, some have questioned when the film will be released. Akshay Kumar, who is known for biopics and films based on true events, is being trolled a lot.

Not only this, but some people have also shared the poster of the movie on social media with Akshay’s photo in place of Arnold Dix’s photo. These memes are getting a lot of attention on social media. There has been no official announcement of any such film on the incident yet. Akshay Kumar recently appeared in the film ‘Mission Raniganj’ in which he was seen rescuing similar labourers trapped in a coal mine, which is why Akshay is facing so much trolling over a tweet.
