Jason Momoa believes he will not play Aquaman again in the DC Universe

About to return to the big screen as Aquaman, Jason Momoa believes that he should not return to play the hero in the new DC Cinematic Universe after Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom, which hits cinemas next December 22nd.

“I don’t necessarily want it to be the end, but I don’t think it’s a choice. The truth is, if the audience loves it, then there is a possibility. But at the moment, I don’t think the possibilities are good,” he said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

In Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom, the Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Matteen II, Watchmen) conquers power evil of the Black Trident and Aquaman needs to team up with his brother and former enemy, (Patrick Wilson, Insidious: The Red Door), former King of Atlantis, to protect his family, his kingdom and the world from destruction.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom splashes down into theatres on December 22.
