Now, during an interview recently, Bobby has commented about his role in this film. In an interview given in ‘Film Companion Actors Adda’, Bobby Deol commented on his mindset while accepting this role.
“You have a lot going on in your life, your relationship with your family is very important,” Bobby said. When I was doing this film, I was told while narrating the story that I am not the villain of this film but the hero. I’ve seen my character’s grandfather commit suicide and that’s what I kept in mind.”
Bobby further said about his family, “We Deols are very emotional, but we are ready to do anything for each other. I am 54 years old today, and I have seen many happy and sad moments in my life. The pangs of grief are terrible. When you watch the final fight between me and Ranbir in the film, you won’t know who is the hero and the villain. Because both have the same journey. The film reflects what is happening around us.” Many scenes in ‘Animal’ created controversy, and the film was also criticized on different levels.
